| Hello! I'm looking to assign my lease (ending May 2025) for July 1st ideally. There are already three other friendly roommates living there. (All women and students from UofM!) (Two Koreans, one Japanese) The room is underground, and the kitchen on the main floor and the bathroom in the house are shared. There is also a large open living room and furniture! (But there is no furniture in the room.) There are lots of cabinets and the roommates typically just split the fridge/freezer and some cabinets... There is also a washer and dryer in the house. There is a blue bus stop 10 minutes away on foot and Safeway 5 minutes away! It is located in a quiet and clean street. There are also many other bus stops nearby! There are buses blue, 47 and 16. 20 mins ~ 30 mins by bus from UofM and 20 mins by bus from downtown. |
