The house is located on Augusta Drive. It is perfect for students of UofM. Close to Blue, F8, 74, and 662 bus stops. Superstore, Giant Tiger, and Safeway are all close by for your convenience. All the utilities are included in the rent, as well as an in-unit laundry which is free to use. The kitchen is really spacious with appliances such as 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, a toaster, an electric kettle, a stove and an oven, and a convection oven. There are also tons of storage areas in the kitchen and other places of the house. The landlords are some of the best and genuine people you can meet in your lives. If you have any requests, they will try their best to accommodate you. I've been really comfortable in this room for the last year. The reason that I'm moving is getting an apartment unit by myself.
