For us (and, hopefully you) it's all about finding a good fit in sharing a home :) Yup, we are looking for a great person / renter over 50... someone mature :) Someone with a naturally somewhat positive disposition. Basically, we are on the look out for a good responsible, clean and caring person who is genuine and takes their obligations seriously. A person with a good moral compass...and lives that way :) We have a nice furnished room (comfy queen size bed) and you would have your own washroom. Home is clean and located in Transcona (located near McMeans Ave East / Kildare. East). Bus close to home which goes downtown and many places in between. Lots of shopping and amenities close by, and one of Winnipeg's best big box shopping streets (along Regent). Included with rent is.. Parking, wifi, utilities (heat, electricity, water, a/c in summer). We also provide clean towels and clean sheets for bed :) Shared laundry and kitchen (with all utensils and dishes etc). **RENT IS $1100 a month. NO CANNABIS, SMOKERS or HEAVY DRINKERS please. Thank you. This is the perfect place for someone looking for a good, dependable place to live with good people. We are a couple (normal and monogamous! lol) We do have a cat that we just took in (and means alot!) so you too must love her and cats in general lol and be willing (and desire to :) look super well after her when we travel during the year. While we travel, you may need to do some snow shoveling too, when needed :) ** References, criminal check, application will be required. First month plus deposit.
