| Lovely shared space in St.Vital. Private residence. If the listing shows an ADDRESS, please disregard. It may be very close, but it will not be 100% accurate. On a main bus route. Very close to all shopping, included the St.Vital mall and Sobeys. Shared space with yourself and the one homeowner. ***Plus two dogs*** Looking for a longer term roommate. NO short term please. Clean, quiet, no party's. This is a non smoking/non vaping, no drug use home. Candidate for consideration should be willing to pull their weight and help keep the home tidy for the comfort of all. Roommate will have their own 10×15 private bedroom as well as a large finished clean rec-room to set up as you wish. TV, sofa ect. Roommate's space is NOT furnished. You will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. ***WINTER SNOW REMOVAL*** is part of the tenancy. If you feel you aren't capable or willing to shovel through a Winnipeg winter, please don't apply. There is NO summer yard work required. Parking is street parking. Unfortunately no pets allowed because I already have two dogs. If you arent comfortable with dogs, please don't apply. I will require proof of employment, you must be gainfully employed and able to provide previous residence history. I would prefer a more mature responsible roommate.
