Each room comes with access to a shared open-concept kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness of rural living while being close to the amenities of nearby Gimli. Please note that residents must be comfortable with dogs and all animals, as this is a working farm. Additionally proof of employment required. No cats are allowed, dogs allowed on a dog by dog basis and must have proof of vacinations and must be fixed. Additionally, we have a day home on the property operating Monday to Friday, so being comfortable around children is a must. Rooms can come furnished if required or empty for your personal belongings. There is also other storage on the property if needed. Rent for each room is $750 per month, plus $150 towards utilities and internet, a damage deposit is required. Must also have renters insurance.
