Hydro(electricity) included in rent. -Water and septic responsibility of tenant. Usually septic has to be emptied when water is filled (2000 gallon holding tank each), about $125 to fill and $125 to empty depending on company, frequency depends on water usage by tenant. -Lawn care and snow blowing responsibility of tenant (long driveway and must stay completely cleared for water and septic trucks) so riding mower with snowblower attachment is required and can be parked in the shed depending on width of mower deck. (Quad with snowblower may also work but would still need a mower) -Electric forced air furnace, HRV, Window A/C unit, laundry machines, fridge/freezer, oven/stove/range, range hood, dishwasher, microwave all included if desired.
