I also have boarding availability if you have your own horse. Outdoor riding arena and round pen. Can barter some rent towards animal chores or fix it type projects. Vehicle required as nearest convenience store is 3.5 miles away 20 min from.perimeter. 45 from.downtown. Absolutely no smoking of anything in house. Sober sane individual a must.
