| Looking for a Rental Home for a Big, Loving Family Hi there! I’m a mom of six amazing kids looking for a long-term rental home in the southern part of Winnipeg — areas like Whyte Ridge, Linden Woods, Island Lakes, Fort Richmond, or Sage Creek would be ideal. We’re hoping to find a house that feels like home and can fit our beautiful chaos with a bit of breathing room. What we’re looking for: • 4+ bedrooms (bonus if there’s a finished basement!) • Pet-friendly — we have one sweet, well-behaved dog and cat • A fenced backyard where the kids (and pup!) can play • An attached garage • Budget: Up to $3800/month + utilities • Move-in date: Flexible but ideally ASAP or within the next month or two I’m a respectful and reliable tenant with stable income.
