| single female, 32, looking for a room for rent or a bachelor apartment, i suffer a severe spine injury so im on long term disability for i can pay up to 700/month if it includes utilities, but if cable is included i can throw in an extra 100-200 $ for anything extra needed in house, i am looking for july 1 occupancy, im moving from GIMLI,MB back home to WINNIPEG,MB.... and i have gauranteed rent i can pay EARLY a few days EACH MONTH, but i would need to rent from someone who owns whos willing to fill out an EIA RENT FORM.. im a quiet, EXTREMELY CLEAN and TIDY person, i have no problem helping out with stuff around the house. im a writer whos looking for a QUIET,SAFE and CLEAN place to write and just live my life. but when living with other people, i have no problem helping out and pulling my own weight with household chores and even adding to groceries if needed, if interested, please feel free to msg me, only SERIOUS responses please. thank you. |
