| I'm putting out a feeler for a tenant to rent my house starting August 1st. I have a dog and two cats. I would like more animals in the house so I'm hoping to find someone that also has dogs and cats. I don't drink but smoke a ton of weed, someone similar minded would be nice. I work from home so I'm home all the time. I plan to spend a lot of time traveling so the whole house would be yours while I'm on the road if you can watch my kitties in return. Basically every inch of the house has been renovated and brand new. I have a few finishing touches but I'll be ready to have someone move in August 1. I'm hoping to get some conversations started now. Includes detached garage and fenced yard. Suites are separate with their own doors and entrances (front door/back door) but I'll be putting dog doors on the suite doors so the dogs can still visit. Basement suite $1200 or upstairs suite $1800. Split utilities when I'm home, you cover utilities while I'm traveling. High speed internet and all that jazz. I haven't decided which suite I want to live in yet. Upstairs is two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room. Downstairs is 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room.
