Our wonderful volunteer- based co-operative community is located in Esquimalt. This 1015 Sqft. 2bd 1bath Unit is equipped with roll up sink and stove areas. Kitchen and Bathroom has been modified to wheelchair height. Separate Storage/Laundry room with Washer/Dryer hookups. 2 pets allowed (upon approval). + 2 parking spaces. As this is an accessible unit, we are wanting to fill it with someone who is wheelchair dependent. No smoking within unit or near buildings. Target move-in date is September 1 (but could take occupancy for August 15 for a prorated rental fee). Current housing charges are $1105.00 (proposed increase effective September 1 to be confirmed also by July 1) + $4000.00 share purchase due at the time of acceptance. 2 bedrooms are not provided to single occupants however reasonable accommodation may be considered.
