| I will be taking a gap year and will not be renewing my lease come September. I am looking for a sublet for the end of April, but this could be a long term lease as well. I pay 900 a month but am open to an offer. Some details (I'm sure this will be an evolving add) - 2 bath (shared) - decent sized kitchen - front and back yard shared with the folks upstairs - bike storage - parking in front of the garage (fits 2 cars) and along the street as well - room mates (2 guys) are chill, and the landlord is not around much. There is currently a bed and frame, desk, and shelf that can stay or go (I would 400$ for the matters since it cost me about 1000$) |
