Utilities shared 50/50 with occupant of room #1 except for water, sewage, etc. also shared with owner (downstairs). Large, shared backyard. Available for clean, considerate individual with utmost respect for others and owners property. Responsible students welcome. Common areas (kitchen, bath, living room) are shared with the person in bedroom #1, sometimes owner as well. Must be comfortable with the possibility of sharing with either sex (male or female) occupant. Owner is female. Large, shared yard Stainless steel appliances, handmade furniture, built-in microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, etc., 4-piece bath. Central location on a quiet street, steps from Rudd Park, 15 min walk/3 min drive to Uptown Mall, Whole Foods, Save on Foods, 1/2 block to bus stops to Camosun (Interurban and Landsdowne), UVIC, 30 min walk to downtown, close to the galloping goose walk/bike trail. Hardwood floors, tile floors in kitchen and bath, coved ceilings, parking for 1 car. Looking for mature, respectful tenant regarding shared living and common spaces as well as considerate noise levels. Ecologically and energy conscious in regards to shared bills (hydro, water use, sewage, composting, etc.). This is a scent-free, non toxic environment (no toxic detergents or cleaners, no perfumes or scents, etc). A reasonable amount of free laundry, scentless, non toxic laundry detergent (Nellies) provided. 1/2 month security deposit, credit check and references required.
