| Hello, My WONDERFUL and impossible to replace roommate is moving out and moving back to the UK so I'm looking for a new roomie. AVAILABLE JUNE 15th Place is 770sqft- 2 bedroom 1 bathroom It's just myself and my kitty (Sushi) that live here. If you have a pet under 30 lbs that would get along with my kitty- that can be negotiable (pending an intro of the fur babies) Apartment is on cook street- right by crystal pool. I work full time in town. (40+hours/week) *usually more* I like to spend my days off out and about or just relaxing watching Netflix. Rent is $1,100 with everything included Parking on the street is free Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed (could get rid of the bed if need be), and will fit a desk and/or dresser comfortably and has a semi- walk in closet. PS. I do not drink. So excessive drinking in the home would not be tolerated (and we probably wouldn’t be a good match as roommates) I'd like someone who respects boundaries but also get along with in case we ever wanna hang or cook together- or craft- i love crafts.
