The room is spacious; it includes a bed, 2 closets, 2 drawers, a desk close to a window with a comfortable chair, and a book holder. It is close to bus routes, so it is a maximum five-minute walk. (Bus routes #28, #39, #12) It is around a 20-minute bus ride to Camosun Lansdowne and Interurban. The 2 landlords will occupy the house, and the room will be located on the floor below, with two extra rooms occupied by other tenants/students.
