| I am seeking someone to take over my room starting around May 1st or earlier About the room/suite: -Preference for 6+ months stay, but we are flexible on this and the right fit is most important to me -Situated in Fernwood, surrounded by a plethora of nearby amenities -15 minute walk to downtown, 20 minute bus to UVic, 20 minute bus to Camosun College -Room is furnished (see photos, open to discussion based on what you have!) -Ground floor unit that is around 800sqft, featuring two spacious, private patios that add an extra 500sqft of outdoor space to enjoy. Lots of opportunities for gardening! -Underground parking is available for a monthly fee, otherwise nearby street parking is available -Secure bike locker in building -Shared laundry room with loadable laundry card -$1000/month plus half of utilities (BC Hydro,insurance and internet) -One pet is allowed to join my adult indoor cat - another indoor cat or dog would be great company!! -No one currently occupies the room, so we may discuss an early move-in A bit about roommate: -He is a a 30yo male data analyst that recently moved to Victoria, he will regularly work away from home -Outside of work he spends much of his time enjoying a variety of outdoor and indoor hobbies with friends including hiking, games, reading, movies, etc. Ideally you have some common interests and opportunities to explore them together :) Please message for more information, and tell me about yourself.
