| Available May 15th! Hey everybody! I’m helping my landlord look for new tenants for the basement suite of a house near shelbourne plaza (10 min to UVIC AND Camosun Landsdowne, 15-20 up from hillside mall). 3 bedrooms are available in this 4 bed 2 bath suite on May 15th for a 1 year lease. Rent is $625 or $675 per room, depending on the room size. (the entire basement is $2600, so divided by four rooms! (This is excluding hydro and utilities.) The 2 larger rooms are very spacious and get a lot of natural light, the 3rd room is a cozy space but would make an awesome office/study space! Currently I am renting the 4th bedroom. (So we would be roommates!) And there will be 4 new tenants moving into the separate upstairs suite for May as well. The house comes with 2 storage closets, a large under-the-stairs storage space in the biggest room, covered space in the back yard and stacked washer and dryer. There is plenty of space for parking in the drive (we can fit 3-4 easily) with tons of street parking as well! If you don’t come with wheels that’s not a problem because there are several bus routes close by. You also have access to a large, fenced yard shared between the floors and a patio for summer BBQs with your roomies! The landlord is a really amazing guy, very supportive, keeps the place maintained and easy to communicate with. He has expressed preference for female tenants, though for the right fit he would consider different dynamics. Message me if you're interested :) |
