| Hello! I have a room available in my lovely (rented) 2brd 2bath condo on the border of Fernwood and Oak Bay. The condo is 990 sq ft and contains two 4-piece bathrooms (so basically you have your own!), a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a balcony, and a gas fireplace. The apartment looks out onto lots of trees, and there's a park just around back, so it's a great place for nature-lovers. The place is furnished (except for your bedroom), but if you have some decor/kitchen stuff you'd like to bring to help make the place feel like home, there's space here for it. Rent is $1195 per month + internet ($32.5 each) + hydro (variable) Little 'bout me, I'm a 40 year old woman who enjoys board games, movie nights, and nature. I'm friendly, quiet, and clean. I work regular daytime hours, and would ideally like to find someone on a similar schedule. You would also be sharing the place with one ridiculously lovable, sometimes asshole-ish cat, named Gabby. No smokers please, and no drugs. As much as I love animals, the strata rules only allow a single cat per unit, so unfortunately I can't bring in another pet. The room is available as of May 15th (June 1st would also be considered). The landlord requires references. Shoot me an e-mail if you're interested!
