| I’m renting out a quiet and clean room, a 15-minute walk from UVic. The room is on the second floor, and you’ll be living with two other women. You’ll share one bathroom with just one other person, so it’s very convenient. The room comes with a closet, dresser, desk, bed, and a clothes rack. The desk is an electric adjustable standing desk, perfect for students. The room is also very bright with lots of natural light, so there’s no need to turn on lights during the day. There’s a washer and dryer on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and electric kettle. We also have cups, bowls, chopsticks, and spoons ready for use.
