No smoking in house or on property. 2 minute walk to the 14 Bus to UVic, 10 minute walk to the 15 bus using BC Transit. 300 meters from the Galloping Goose trails and E&N trails. Permitted on street parking which is not difficult to arrange with the City. 300 meters to a public swimming dock at the Gorge at Banfield park 3 minute walk to Fry's bakery and spiral cafe.
