| Private room for rent near Royal Roads University in Colwood Second level room for rent in a large home for one person, responsible female only. Both owners/ roommates are in their mid 30s. We are not looking for a long term renter as this will be the first time we are sharing our space. A student for one or two semesters to start would be ideal, then we can discuss extending the stay if desired. No men, no couples (sorry). There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and sundeck upstairs. The spacious yard is also shared with the basement suite occupant. Located on a quiet cul de sac in Colwood, perfect for a RRU student. On street parking is available and the number 52 bus route is nearby. 12 min drive to VGH 6 min drive to Royal Roads University or Westshore Town Centre 4 min drive to Esquimalt Lagoon or Quality Foods in Royal Bay. No pets allowed as we have a cat and dog who are very friendly. No partying. No frequent over night guests. The room is furnished. A personal microwave and mini fridge can be included inside the room upon request. It has a nice view of the backyard trees and has a closet. $925 a month includes utilities.
