Hi there, we are queer couple living in View Royal/Strawberry Vale and wanting to share our space with a student or young professional. We both work full time in healthcare, have a large dog who lives in the house as well, and are very active outdoor people. You have your own bedroom (with private access) and your own bathroom that is fully furnished. The shared space is the kitchen, dining and outdoor space (patio/yard). Street parking is available or walking distance to bus stops. The price is $1200/month and all-inclusive (water, internet and electric) We are looking for a short-term renter (3-6 months) and non-smoker. Individuals only, no couple.
