| Fully furnished room for rent in View Royal near VGH available June 1st. The room has previously been occupied by international university students. Ideally, looking for a homestay student. You would be living with myself (female who works from home for government full time), my 15 year old daughter, and 1 male international student (17 years old) from Korea. He will be graduating from high school in June. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other student. The 39 bus is nearby which can be taken to camosun/uvic. Walking distance to Nest Cafe, VGH, Eagle Creek Village (Starbucks, quality foods, etc). No parties, no vaping, no drugs, no pets. We have 2 small dogs in the home. $1300/month.
