There are 2 separate private fully furnished rooms available. Single Occupancy only. In the Heart of James Bay! Downstairs: Larger Room $1100 / month (taken) Smaller Room $1000 /month (available August 1st, possibly July 16th) Upstairs: Larger Room $1250 / month (available September 1) Includes wrap around closet and access to upstairs living room space + dining room with 1 other potential roommate.
