| Furnished room (12.5 x 11 feet ) in an Esquimalt house that is shared with a mature, quiet, independent female. This is a family-style home that is fully furnished with love and attention to detail. The house is kept in a very tidy, clean condition and is non-smoking, non-pets. Large garden in a quiet, suburban neighbourhood. Handy to shops and amenities and one block to the bus route. There is free street parking in front of the house. Availability is from September 15 or October 1. Rent is $975 including utilities, wifi and use of laundry facilities, with cost-sharing of cleaning products and materials. Reduced rent considered for someone who is here part time or someone who is willing to do a few weekly jobs (vacuuming etc). *Please note that I am highly allergic to scented body and cleaning products and will be happy to recommend alternative ones. The ideal candidate is female, perhaps a student or professional. There isn’t much room for storage and this would suit someone who is comfortable sharing (and keeping tidy) a small but delightful kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished with an excellent queen bed, dresser and a chair, rugs on hardwood floor. The bedroom shown in photos is not the actual room but is very similar.
