The bedroom is a good size 10 x 13 feet with fairly new windows, screens and blinds, 3 clothes closers, closers, sprinkler system and smoke detectors, 1 4 year old full sized bed and 1 almost new leather office chair. I am a retired 69 year old fully vaccinated woman who spends most of my time in Vancouver and looking for a mature, non-smoking woman who is responsible to look after the apartment while I am away. Rent includes hydro and internet and the room is presently vacant, so could be rented before June 1. No couples or pets. References required.
