| We are five Uvic students looking to sublet our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house for the summer! We're leaving for the summer so you would have the entire house to yourselves Dates: May 6th - August 25th (move in date flexible) Rent: $4,000/month (plus utilities) (rent adjustable considering move-in/move-out dates) About the home: Beautiful, bright rancher that is just a 5 minute walk from Shelbourne Plaza, a 10 minute walk from Uvic and a 30 minute walk to the beach Bus-stop just out front Balcony off of back side of the house Backyard with shed Photos don’t show all/same furniture, but bedrooms/living room/dining room/kitchen will be furnished If interested, message with a brief introduction of yourself Feel free as well to reach out with any questions or for any clarifications! |
