Theater surround system with lots of channels to choose from as well as Netflix. The cottage includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge with a microwave oven. Lots of windows with two opening skylights with French doors leading to a small private patio and a natural gas BBQ hook-up. A friendly small dog lives in the main house and frequents the back yard. This Cottage is located in the Gonzales area and within walking distance to grocery stores such as the Red Barn or Save On Foods .. or others places of business for whatever ones needs are. This rental is also close to bus routes to city center. Excellent for a single student heading to Uvic or Camosun College or for those working at the Jubilee Hospital.
