Bus #26 bus-stop is about 2 minutes walk-away, it will go straight to University of Victoria and uptown Walmart, and bus #24 is about 2 minutes walk-away and it will go straight to Camosun College. Galloping Goose trail is close by and great for bicycling, walking and hiking. Close to Esquimalt beautiful coast. House rules strictly have to be followed. Non-smoking, non drinking and no drug environment. Monthly rent is $698. The laptop/computer will be provided by you. Hydro, water, laundry/dryer and wi-fi high speed internet all included.
