All utilities included and with wi-fi high speed internet and fully furnished. Quite spacious. Close to uptown (Walmart) one bus drive away (15 mins.) or so, close to downtown, one bus drive away (10 mins.) or so. Close to Uvic (1 bus drive away) and convenient to go to Camosun College. Shared with 2 other nice, considerate, quiet, non-substance abuse, co-operative tenants of the newly renovated nice shower room and kitchen. House rules strictly have to be followed. Non-smoking, non drinking and no drug environment. Home phone: 250 385 7317 (can call me at anytime now and usually I will answer).
