Long story short, my boyfriend and I leased this apartment together. The lease lasted, the relationship did not, RIP. Looking for a roommate for until October 2025 (or longer), on a month-to-month basis. No credit checks required. Utilities and other expenses like the internet and whatnot are included. Parking is extra. The bedroom comes furnished with a fantastic gaming-chair and sturdy desk, and an amazing spring-coil, memory foam California-King mattress (albeit without a bed frame). It’s obnoxiously large. The room can also come unfurnished if you’d like to furnish it your own way. Beautifully sunlit apartment, with a large balcony. The kitchen comes furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee-brewer, toaster, and lots of storage space. The living room is unfurnished for now. The closest bus-stop is literally in across the street, and bus number 14 will take you to most places in Victoria. About me, my name is Alex. I’m 25 years old, pretty laid back, friendly and respectful. Preferably looking for subletters who’re around the same age, respectful, and organised. My house is my safe space, and if I was looking to come home to chaos, I’d have kept my ex around and this ad wouldn’t be up. You’re more than welcome to have guests over.
