| I have 2 extended stay rooms available from May through September in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Suitable for travelers, digital nomads, temporary workers, students, someone that 's relocating to Vernon from outside the area. Please note this is a short term rental for those from out of town or relocating only. Do not apply if you are a permanent resident. Note these rooms are in a small travelers hostel so you will be living with several other people. You must be able to get along, share space, clean up after yourself and be respectful of others. This is a fully non smoking facility. Great opportunity to meet people from all over the world and make some new friends! Check out the website for more info and photos. https://www.laughingllama.ca/ Room 1 has 2 single bunkbeds, a dresser and a bookcase. Room 2 has a single over double bunkbed with a dresser and a bookcase. There are 2 full shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces as well as an outdoor space. $900.00/mo. including all utilities, wifi and laundry. 1 month minimum. If you’re booking ahead or you’re not in town a $225 deposit will be required to hold the room. If you cancel before the move in date the deposit is forfeited unless I can fill it. Linens included. Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Please do not respond if you are a smoker. The house is located downtown. Very short walk to the main bus exchanges for convenient transit. Lots of restaurants, services, groceries etc. and walk to the rec centre. 8 minutes to the hospital, 10 minutes to OK College by car.
