| Effective January 1st or 15th the master bedroom in my detached home is going to be vacant and I'm looking for a single occupant roommate! The home is located in the BX in a quiet spot- we don't have neighbours, just open fields with lots of captivating wildlife around. We're about two minutes away from Butcher Boys, so super close to town. The master bedroom, as pictured, is a spacious bright room with new laminate flooring. There's a large walk in closet and an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The common areas include an open concept living room with a small dining table, a downstairs laundry room, a garage, kitchen, deck (complete with patio furniture and bbq when it's not winter!) and off street parking. We also have a large front/side yard but it is not fenced. It will be just myself and Lulu, my 10 year old lab X boxer, living in the home, HOWEVER I am trying to rent out the third bedroom as well, so that may be subject to change. No smoking, no exceptions. Preference is given to females but I'm not going to be too picky. I just want someone who is clean and respectful. I live a very quiet lifestyle and want to continue that way. |
