| We have a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom above ground unfurnished suite for rent. Large windows and lots of natural light. Included in the monthly rent is hydro, gas, water, WiFi as well as a bonus connected storage space that is great for bikes, ski gear, seasonal items, etc. We are located halfway between Vernon, BC and Silver Star Mountain Resort (10 min drive to the mountain). The suite is located on a 5 acre parcel of land and is ideal for someone who loves mountain life and/or being in nature, but also being close to town. The suite is attached to the main house on the property where we (owners) live onsite with our 3 young children and our mother in law. So you will see/hear our kids from time to time. We have a long private driveway. During the winter we maintain/plow the driveway as needed. Your vehicle will need to have good quality winter tires for the winter season. We are looking for a respectable tenant who enjoys mountain life as much as we do or who appreciates a quiet and relaxing safe space. Move in date is flexible as we will wait for the right tenant. Our last tenant lived in the suite for 5 years and moved out because he bought a place in Edmonton. If you are interested in seeing the space, please contact us to arrange a date/time. Notes: reminder that this suite is NOT furnished, even though pictures show furniture in the space. 1 pet permitted subject to owners approval and additional pet deposit.
