| Renting one room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper floor of a large house in East Vancouver. Rent is $800, includes internet and utilities. The move-in date is May 1. A small dog might be okay. You would share a bathroom with 1 person. There is a spacious living room with a working fireplace and large bay window, a large kitchen with a gas stove, oven, toaster oven, and microwave. Washer and Dryer in suite. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room have sunlight windows, so there is a lot of light. Large backyard with BBQ and garden space. Off Nanaimo and 4th. 20-minute walk to Commercial, bus route, or Skytrain downtown in 20 minutes. We are two working people in our 30s (one woman who works from home and one man who works out of the house). We are looking for a working person who is clean, respectful, and keeps normal working hours (i.e., not too loud at night), COVID aware following rules. We are pet-friendly.
