| This is a SUBLET LISTING! The Room is availble from April 23rd to May 13th. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, away from the noise of the public traffic. For transit the 16, 10, and 49 buses all pass through the area, they are within a 5-10 minute walk. The house comes with all the utensils you need, including spoons, pots, pans, a working dishwasher, and a laundry machine. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi and everything else you will need to settle in. A $300 damage deposit is required to secure the space, and it will be refunded at the end of your stay if the room is still in the same condition as you found it.
