View of downtown from master bedroom and glorious view of mountains from 2nd bedroom with huge windows and mirrored closets. Watch the fireworks from the comfort of your bed! Extra high ceilings were built by accident only on this floor of the building. One underground parking spot and storage locker. Common gym and secured underground bike storage. Great location on several main downtown bus routes including the 14, 16, and 20. Walking distance to groceries, parks, cafés, restaurants, breweries and Chinatown. Ten minute bike ride from Gastown. Very well soundproofed. Quiet building. Excellent for working from home. Safe and walkable neighbourhood. The Wilder Snail is the closest grocery/cafe. It is a five minute walk away. Some of our other favourite local businesses include the Union Market, Benny’s Market, Dosanko Restaurant, and Yama Cafe. There is a No Frills four blocks away. The Annual Powell Street Festival is within walking distance, about 10 or 15 minutes. There is a small beach at CRAB Park that is also within walking distance at the foot of Main Street. We lived here almost 3 years and were the very first tenants in this new building. As a heads up, when we got the place, we paid first and last month’s rent up front. Our landlord is the owner and has been very kind, responsive, and never hesitated to pay for anything needed. The photos: Our place is packed with baby stuff (new parents). To save your eyes, most of the photos of the interior are from a staged suite with the same floor plan as ours. All the window views are from our suite. Our ceilings are higher than the staged suite and each of our bathrooms have a tub with shower curtain rod. Our countertops are light and our floors are dark.
