| Looking for a roommate for minimum 6 months starting 1st June for a room in 2 Bedroom 1 bath Basement Suite located in Kitsilano area close to UBC. The room is fully furnished and the entire suite as well. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the pots/pans, dishes etc. required. You just need to take care of your own groceries, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rent is $1300/month including all utilities $650 deposit to hold the room. The suite has a full access to big backyard. Parking is available on street if needed. Safe neighbourhood/school area. No pet/no smoking allowed no parties. This bedroom is for single occupancy only so NO couples please. 8 mins drive to UBC so perfect for university students, Bus stop right outside the house. Only serious applicants, please send me a brief introduction about yourself with a contact no# and if suitable I will contact you back any messages or comments with “is this still available” will be ignored right away. If you can’t spend the time to message properly then I can’t invest to reply as well. I will require you to answer few questions to decide if it’s going to be a best fit for both of us. *References will be required from your previous landlord and current employer & proof of income needed. Ideal roommate will be who has experience sharing with roommates, is highly responsible and maintains high standards of cleanliness specially in the common areas, cleans up after themselves, quiet & trustworthy follows all the house rules.
