| Shared room for sublet starting May 1 until August 31. Rent is $1050 each month. Any gender is welcome, but you will be sharing the place with my roommate who is a man. Pet friendly, located on UBC campus in Vancouver. Unit includes a kitchen complete with a stove, sink and fridge as well as lots of counter space. The living area is quite spacious with three windows, and the apartment is furnished with two dressers, a pull out couch as well as a table with four chairs. The bedroom is small and there are bunk beds set up, although the pull out couch is quite comfortable, if you prefer that to a shared room with a bunkbed. Situated on Dalhousie rd, you will be a two to three minute walk away from catching the 99, 9, 14 and 4, and a 7-10 minute walk away from the UBC bus exchange where you can catch many other buses as well. There is a lovely park across the street and nearby is an H-mart, staples, IDA, big way hot pot, A&W, as well as other restaurants and stores to choose from. The apartment has laundry machines located in the basement, and wifi and hydro are not included in the monthly rent. If you require parking please let me know so I can get that sorted for you. |
