| We are interested in finding one female for shared accommodation (with one Canadian and one Taiwanese ESL girl) starting now. The room is a good size, and the house features proximity to transit (#20 bus only 1/2 block away-goes direct downtown). UBC and SFU connections also nearby. Features balcony, wonderful views, laundry ( washer and dryer options), garden space, but no smoking and no pets. Sunny, bright exposure as we are located on the upper floor. We are in the heart of Commercial drive close to Britannia Community Center (with its pool, ice rink and fitness center). Utilities extra. Household activities are largely quiet and mellow in nature, but the occasional pot luck or social is typical when Covid goes away. Furnishings are present. Best response time when emailing a phone number and a brief description of yourself: It would be nice to hear of your interests, activities, work, etc. High Speed internet is also a possibility. A nice home at a modest price. Great for a foreign, ESL, or graduate female student. Are you from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Asia, Europe, S America etc ??? Rent for longer term would be $425 |
