| Hey! We’re UBC students looking to sublet our basement suite this summer (May 1st–Sept 1st). We’ve lived here for three great years, and we hope to find awesome people to enjoy the space while we're away! The Suite: Fully furnished 3-bedroom basement suite 2 rooms available (can be rented together or separately) $900/month per room (including all utilities!) 10 min drive / ~30 min bus to UBC Close to 33, 25, and 2 bus routes — easy access to UBC & downtown 10 min drive / ~30 min walk to Kits Beach Free street parking In-suite laundry (washer & dryer) Kitchen Includes: Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, dishwasher Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery (you may need to bring cups) Living Room Includes: Couch, coffee table, TV with Roku (bring your own streaming accounts) Bedrooms: Two rooms with queen beds, one with a double Each room has a desk (desk chairs not included) Bathroom: One bathroom with 2 sinks, mirrors, 1 toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo We’re ideally looking for two friends to take both available rooms, but we’re open to solo renters too!
