| Hey everyone! I'm looking to sublet my room in a large, 7-bedroom house from May to August, Vancouver, with the potential for moving in full time afterward. The house is located in a great area and has plenty of space (5000+ sq ft). You'll be sharing with six other awesome male housemates, so we're looking for a male in their early to mid-20s who is social, outgoing, and would enjoy living in a big house. About the house: • 7 Bedrooms • 4 Bathrooms • Garage + Big Driveway + Street Parking • Amazing amenities: o Smoker, Pizza Oven, Brand New BBQ o Rowing Machine, Stationary Bike o Projector with 110" Screen & Big Speakers o Piano + Drum kit o Outdoor pool with diving board (perfect for the summer!) o Multiple fridges and deep freezers Rent: $1150/month, utilities included. Looking for: Someone who’s either a student or early professional and loves being part of a social, active household. If you're someone who enjoys hanging out, watching movies or playing games, and making the most of the shared spaces, this is the place for you! Location: • Close to transit to UBC (20 minutes via 49) • Just a 15-minute walk to Dunbar with shops, groceries, and more • Amazing location for nature lovers, near the ocean and Pacific Rim Spirit Park I’ll be looking to sell or move most of my furniture out before I leave, but we can discuss which pieces I leave behind or sell.
