The room for rent is small but comes furnished (if desired) with a queen bed, a small desk, and chair (see last two photos for reference), it faces south and overlooks a small garden. Located in the heart of Kits, it’s very close to Kits beach, and popular cafes and restaurants such as Viva, Local, and Nook, and the #2 Bus. It’s walking distance to the shops and buses along 4th, such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway, and Whole Foods. I'm a gay man in my early 40s who works from home. I’m active (gym, running), love plants, and enjoys hosting the occasional dinner. Available August 1st (or earlier) Term is 1 year and then month to month (sorry, no short-term rentals). Rent is 1500 per month + utilities (internet, hydro, renter’s insurance). Laundry in building. Street parking (permit required). No pets, no smoking. |
