| A comfortable/decent size bedroom in a cozy 2 bedroom basement apartment is available for rent. 1300$ all included The apartment is ideal for individuals who are fond of cats. I currently have a beloved feline companion she’s 14-years old, who remains lively despite her advanced age. However, if you are sensitive to the sound of cats, this apartment may not be the best fit for you. She enjoys a luxurious lifestyle and is quite vocal when she desires treats or attention. Her amenities include a robotic litter box, a food dispenser, and a water fountain. She possesses remarkable survival skills and can endure extended periods alone lol she could survive longer in the apartment than I could survive in the woods alone that’s for sure! In terms of shared living arrangements, the apartment is equipped with shared amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room…everywhere excluding the rooms. There is in suite laundry. I maintain a high level of cleanliness and expect the same level of cleanliness from my roommate. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and no parking but street parking is permitted. If you like to read or if you’re a gamer there’s some books or a ps5 and an oculus3 that you’re welcome to use with care:) Guest’s are welcome as long as we communicate casually in advance, it goes both ways just out of respect of living in a small apartment. While I am a very social individual, I am open to the possibility of having a roommate who prefers a more reserved living arrangement. I am considering the possibility of having a couple as roommates, but this would require further discussion and consideration of a lot of things. It’s a very quiet area and a family lives upstairs, NO partying! I’m a woman and I’m 34, Ive worked in hospitality for about 17years now I’m a variable manager for a chain restaurant. I also deal cards blackjack and baccarat or teach basic English and French to kids online from time to time to make ends meet. It’s what it takes to live in this beautiful city! lol I’ve lived here alone for almost a year now and the spare bedroom has been my cats lol I’m ready to save a bit of money plus, I go away often and it would be awesome to know someone is home with my cat.
