| We’re looking for an easy-going, open-minded, and respectful roommate to join our quiet, mature household. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys a chill, drama-free home environment. The house is a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom space. The kitchen comes equipped with two fridges and all the cooking essentials. The available bedroom is spacious and includes a queen-sized mattress, desk, and a deep closet for storage. You’ll be living with two guys: one is 34 and works as an Information Analyst at Export Development Canada, and the other is 28 and a Chef de Cuisine. Both are friendly, laid-back, and respectful—we keep things clean, quiet, and easygoing. The house is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to beach access, about 30 minutes to either Kits or Spanish Banks, and surrounded by grocery stores, produce markets, restaurants, and major bus routes.
