| Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my roommates lease on May 1st. Open to flexible lease length (Possibly 4 months, 8 months, or 1 year). The room is located in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath garden-level suite in Dunbar. Rent is $1250 with utilities included. Wifi is extra. It's located close to UBC (4 minute walk to the 25 and 7), comes with in-unit washer and dryer, heated floors, and lots of storage space. You would share the space with me, although I will be subletting over the summer. Message me for more details. |
