| We are a group of 3 roommates, with a small dog named Finn, who are looking for 2 more individuals to rent long-term to complete our home and 1 individual who is looking for short-term. Located in the Canyon Heights area of North Vancouver, our bright and spacious two-level house offers views of the city/ocean. Each floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washers/dryers. There is also a beautiful pool in the backyard, perfect for lounging in on those hot summer days. There are multiple bus routes nearby, as well as Cleveland Dam, Grouse Mountain, Edgemont Village, and Capilano Suspension Bridge. Parking is available on the street if you have a vehicle. The short-term rental is available from June/July to November. It is a fully furnished room available on the upper level of the house. The long-term rooms are located downstairs and are available starting in June or July. One room is furnished with a bed and desk, and the other room has a dresser and desk but no bed. We are looking for non-smokers, who are employed and can provide 2 references. We split the rent/utilities evenly. With all rooms rented, rent is $1325.00 per month and one fifth of utilities/pool maintenance. Please note that there will be a half month rent for a damage deposit upon moving in. |
