| A beautiful and generously sized home with two bedrooms and a huge open-plan living space will have one room available for rent starting August 1st. My current housemate (a friend) and I have lived here for the past year, and will be leaving soon. Her room will be available for rent on an ongoing basis until I eventually move out — at which point you’re welcome to take over the full lease if you wish. I’m looking to find someone for at least a 3-month stay, but ideally someone I can share the space with longer-term if we get along well. If things work out, I’d be happy to pass the house on to you when I leave. About me: I’m a 29-year-old male, working from home as an accountant. My interests include reading, fitness, gaming, and having good conversations over coffee or dinner. I'm generally quiet, independent, and respectful of space, but also enjoy a relaxed and friendly vibe around the house, especially on weekends.
