| I am looking to transfer my roommate agreement in a 2-bedroom basement suite. The agreement is for a private, partially-furnished bedroom in the suite (shown in the images), available from now until the end of July. There is a possibility to extend for a further year if you, the current roommate, and landlady agree to a lease extension in August. The roommate is a kind, quiet, 28 year old male PhD student. He does not drink or smoke. The landlady is an nice, quiet older woman. The bedroom comes with a full-size mattress and drawers. The TV is not included. The unit has a fully-stocked kitchen including an oven, stovetop, an large refrigerator. The rent is $1050 including utilities (will increase to $1100 in August). The location is great for getting to UBC (7-minute walk to R4: Approx. 40 minutes total commute) and next to the stop for the number 2 bus providing easy access to Kitsilano and the Downtown Vancouver. Kerrisdale and a save on foods are within walking distance. Washing machine and tumble drier are shared with the landlady who lives upstairs. Her requirements are no noise after 10 pm, no pets, and no drugs on the premises. When inquiring, please contact my roommate (Alex) directly by text.
