The unit is on the 2nd floor with large windows, lots of natural light. Very quiet environment. Bed, loveseat, desk, chair, lamp, fan, closet & storage. Clean up after yourself especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Deposit is half the monthly rent. Utilities $25/mo. Rent is due the day before start of new month (on the 30th or 31st). Laundry on 1st floor: $2/load, dryer $2/load. I occupy the living area but you only share the one-bedroom unit with me, a female professional. About You Responsible and respectful.
